At HK9 Enterprise, I founded and lead an asset-driven business focused on opportunities in real estate, agribusiness, and hospitality in Dar es Salaam. I develop operations and initiatives with an emphasis on long-term assets and sustainable commercial value.
For Goba Apartments, I prepared structural drawings, translating project requirements into technical documentation. I also contributed to residential building renovation projects, supporting the review and execution of building works.
As an Engineering Intern at Tanzania Buildings Agency (TBA), I participated in structural design work for a one-storey sports facility using BS 8110. I also joined site inspections for a ten-storey residential building in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from American University of Beirut (AUB). My technical work includes structural analysis and design, drafting, and 3D visualization using tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, and Twinmotion.
