At PayPal / Transcom, I handle high-volume customer interactions in a global fintech environment, investigating account, transaction, and payment issues while meeting security, compliance, quality, and KPI requirements.

At Enova Robotics, I built Python and ROS pipelines for data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering, then trained SVM and Random Forest models for failure and anomaly prediction. At TAV Airports, I developed and evaluated LSTM forecasting models for flight and passenger volumes using Python and TensorFlow.

I also led a 17-member Agile team building a web-based call-center monitoring platform and developed a MERN-based hotel management platform at Elite Council. I bring computer science training, clear documentation, and practical experience across AI, data, web development, and customer operations.
