What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can strengthen retention, onboarding, service delivery, and feedback-driven content or experience design in a collaborative remote environment.

At StartPlaying Games, I own the end-to-end lifecycle for recurring paid services, from discovery and onboarding through scheduling, payments, delivery, and follow-up. I deliver six live sessions each week for groups of five to seven clients, supporting up to 168 client seats per month while maintaining a 12-month average client tenure.

I design branching narratives, character content, worldbuilding documentation, and reusable content systems shaped by client feedback. My background also includes outbound prospecting at Power Takeoff, CRM pipeline management in Salesforce and Outreach, and customer-facing roles requiring conflict de-escalation, documentation, training, and account support.
