What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can edit and research content with accuracy, collaborate with writers, and bring a detail-oriented, communication-first approach—along with opportunities to grow and take ownership of high-quality work.

I’m a detail-driven copy editor with a creative foundation in musical theatre, where I participated in over 15 productions through acting, directing, and costuming. That experience taught me to commit fully to projects, think imaginatively, and collaborate with others.

At Famous Birthdays, I edit and write copy about celebrities, social media influencers, athletes, and more to keep it factual, grammatically correct, and easy to read. I report inconsistencies and improvement areas to my supervisor, sort and implement user-submitted edits, and conduct research to strengthen the quantity and quality of information on profiles.

I also bring a strong operations mindset from my time as a Data Entry Clerk at Double E Engineering, where I created and organized files and records (physical and digital) and helped with check and order reconciliation using a CRM.

My work extends beyond editing into communication and coordination—supporting a foundation with social media, dictation, and editing, promoting events in the community, and applying high-standards attention to detail in sewing and costume alterations.
