Donah Jane Lusanta

I am a dedicated and versatile Researcher specializing in Food Science, with over six years of extensive research and experimental experience. My academic background includes a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, where I graduated Cum Laude. My education has equipped me with a robust set of analytical and technical skills that I leverage to drive innovation and improvement in food technology.

Throughout my career, I have held various positions, including my current role as a Science & Technology Fellow I at the Department of Science & Technology. Previously, I served as a Research Science Specialist II, where I contributed significantly to projects focused on food safety and quality assurance. My work has been recognized through multiple awards and grants, including Utility Model Awards for the production of shelf-stable products and the Science & Technology Fellows Program of DOST.
