At Net Complex Sp. z o.o., I acquired clients and managed the full sales cycle for cybersecurity and compliance services. I identified needs in NIS2, ISO 27001, and infrastructure security, then recommended solutions and co-authored documentation and audit reports.
I delivered client and internal training on NIS2 and ISO 27001 fundamentals, and created educational materials. I also independently developed documentation compliant with the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act and created ISO 27001-based self-assessment tools.
Before moving into cybersecurity, I worked as an English technical translator and owner of Lingua Plus Dominik Madej. I translated IT and engineering documentation, legal contracts, and financial and environmental audits for clients including IKEA, AXA, and LOT Polish Airlines.
