On Outlier, I completed assigned AI training tasks, including participation in a Live S2S speech-to-speech workflow. I followed project-specific instructions and reviewed task content against available evaluation criteria.

I also submitted Vietnamese voice samples to Aurora Studio (Lionbridge) for a wake-word qualification task; the review is pending. This was a screening activity, not a paid project.

At Bao Bao Restaurant, I verify bills, payments, and transaction details while maintaining accurate records during busy shifts. I also communicate customer requests and coordinate with coworkers to resolve issues.

Earlier, at Ocean Lounge Bar and Jollibee EC Ly Thai To, I coordinated service assignments, supported quality checks, and trained new team members on procedures and service standards. I’m seeking remote Vietnamese-language AI evaluation and data annotation projects.
