For the past 6+ years at Syncle I've owned the core platform (57M+ retail products) behind product content distribution for e-commerce retailers across Europe and North America. It started with my first commits to a YouTube integration and grew into 30+ microservices: a Content Library I built from zero (50+ domain entities, 80+ use-cases, JSON:API), a DDD/CQRS architecture with event-driven communication, the AWS Lambda pipeline that auto-links retail products to videos, real-time data replication and AI-powered product matching. I'm also the top contributor to the shared core package that 22 services build on.

Most of my code these days is written together with AI. The guardrails pay off: independent review agents keep catching real bugs that other reviewers had already approved, and Claude Code skills roll a core package release out to 15 services in a single run. Before Syncle I spent 4 years at IT-company LAD and grew from full stack developer to tech lead of a 20-person team. We built a high-load e-commerce ecosystem for one of the largest footwear retailers in Eastern Europe: an online store, a POS app that replaced legacy equipment in 1500+ stores, payment and logistics integrations over APIs and webhooks, and microservices handling thousands of transactions per second.

What makes me different is growing engineers: 500+ students mentored at Practicum by Yandex, 2+ years lecturing at a university, 10+ juniors hired and onboarded into production teams.
