What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-moving, metric-driven global hiring environment where I can improve recruitment operations, strengthen systems and reporting, and partner with distributed teams on high-volume hiring.

At Engoo / DMM Eikaiwa, I manage end-to-end global recruitment for a leading online English tutoring platform, supporting 500+ tutor hires per month and operational hiring across five continents.

I've owned pipelines of 2,000+ active candidates, consistently achieved 80%+ of hiring targets during peak cycles, and recruited for customer support, operations, internal recruitment, IT, and teaching roles. I partner closely with hiring managers on intake, sourcing, structured interviews, debriefs, and data-backed hiring decisions.

I designed Airtable-based tracking and reporting workflows that improved reporting accuracy for a 20+ person global team, while Zapier automations reduced manual work and improved candidate response times.

I enjoy the practical complexity of multi-time-zone scheduling, ATS data integrity, interviewer enablement, compliance documentation, and improving the candidate experience in fast-moving, metric-driven environments.
