Djena Lampkin

I’m a Dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with hands-on experience in patient care, safety monitoring, and daily living support. I’m committed to compassionate, high-quality care and consistently put patient comfort and safety first.

In my PCA roles with Special Touch Home Care / True Care NY (2025–Present), I support ADLs including hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and transfers. I also help with meal prep, ROM exercises, housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, and transportation for errands and appointments.

Previously with Horizon Healthcare (2023), I worked as a Companion/PCA providing companionship and safety supervision. I supported personal care, meal planning, medication reminders, social and physical activities, mobility support, and home tasks like housekeeping and laundry.

I’m currently certified as a PCA (Active 2025) and pursuing CNA readiness (CNA Active 2026). I bring a dependable, organized, team-oriented approach—always a fast learner who communicates clearly and earns trust with every shift.
