My expertise lies in bot development, process optimization, and system integration, where I have successfully streamlined workflows and driven digital transformation for multiple clients.

Throughout my career, I have developed a range of automation bots, including a reconciliation bot for an Australian client and an employee discrepancy bot that significantly reduced manual efforts. My technical skills extend to programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL, as well as AI/ML technologies, which I leverage to create intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
