At Palisadoes Foundation, I led the restoration of PostgreSQL features in Talawa Admin after the API migration, rebuilding event management, organization management, and authentication flows. I also merged pull requests across Palisadoes repositories and set up automated documentation generation.
As a Google Summer of Code Contributor, I rebuilt recurring events on PostgreSQL using a Temporal Sliding Window model, materializing only about three months of instances and extending the window with background jobs. I added pattern-level association inheritance and supported edits to a single instance, that instance and future instances, or all instances.
In my internship, I defined date-only handling for all-day events to eliminate timezone shifts and off-by-one-day errors, and refactored core Talawa frontend features. I also built a project management application for freelance client work and an AI-powered digital twin that drafts email replies, summarizes content, and manages calendars.
