At Capgemini, I designed and developed DIM (Digital Incident Manager), a GenAI-powered multi-agent platform that automates monitoring and resolution of business-raised incidents and tickets, reducing manual effort for incident managers.
I built a multi-agent orchestrator with LangGraph and LangChain, integrated ServiceNow REST APIs with MongoDB, and implemented a model-agnostic LLM layer using LiteLLM. I also built MCP servers with FastMCP for agent-to-agent and agent-to-system communication.
Earlier at Capgemini, I contributed to backend development for enterprise applications for LIC, including Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, production deployments, and L3 support. In my projects, I built a RAG platform with configurable vector database support and a hotel booking system with dynamic pricing.
