At Capgemini, I designed and implemented a GPT-4o knowledge assistant that uses LangChain and Weaviate to search ServiceNow knowledge-base articles, SOPs, and operational documents. The assistant improved self-service resolution and reduced manual knowledge-search effort.
I also developed an AI-powered recruitment application using Azure OpenAI for interview generation, answer evaluation, and candidate scoring. In infrastructure automation, I developed Python and PowerShell workflows and led a small developer team delivering automation features.
