At Overtech Soluções Tecnológicas, I design and evolve hydrological and meteorological monitoring platforms serving hundreds of field stations. I develop Java and Spring Boot services and integrations with external systems and Brazilian regulatory agencies, including ANA and ANEEL.
I also helped develop a dam emergency warning platform deployed across more than 100 field stations, contributing backend and field software and helping establish a new product line. I took responsibility for an existing legacy system, refactored it, and released a new version within the first year.
Through dailyCode, I lead selected consulting engagements from requirements and architecture through implementation and deployment. My work includes SaaS, IoT and business applications, including a CRM for customer service and sales workflows.
For the Spotlight Emergency Lighting IoT Platform, I developed monitoring software covering device status, scheduled tests, faults and operational history. I also defined logical commands and the integration contract with the hardware team. My background includes a master's degree in computer science and applied IoT research on water quality monitoring.
