I'm looking to lead and build reliable, scalable backend solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams while improving technical practices, performance, maintainability, and delivery value.

At Visual Mix Tecnologia para o Varejo, I lead the technical evolution of backend systems while remaining hands-on with critical Java and Spring Boot work.

I prioritize backlogs, strengthen Scrum practices, conduct code reviews, and guide developers through complex technical challenges. I also investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions.
