At Simform Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I worked on Harbour, a logistics and consignment-tracking platform, delivering GenAI-powered carrier follow-up email automation for late and at-risk consignments. I also built workflows that process email replies while preserving carrier conversation threads.
I architected event-driven microservices connecting Java and Python components through AWS SQS, and managed schema versioning with Flyway. I partnered with QA, Product, DevOps, and UI engineers on MVP releases, staging validation, and deployment.
Earlier, I developed backend services for CarSaver and contributed to ViewTrade’s cross-border investing platform. At Tata Consultancy Services, I developed services and REST APIs for GE Digital’s MyFDL and Wrapper products; my earlier work included backend functionality for One Way Cab and Spring REST support at Zymr Systems Pvt. Ltd.
