What I'm looking for

I seek roles building cloud-native and web applications where I can design efficient distributed systems, collaborate with strong engineering teams, and grow in cloud and backend architecture.

I am a software engineer passionate about Computer Science, with a strong academic record from ISEL and Instituto Superior Técnico. My Master's dissertation developed a decentralized, adaptive serverless workflow execution engine that reduced execution time and resource consumption through optimized planning strategies.

I build web and cloud-native applications using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, C#, and modern frameworks such as Svelte, SvelteKit, ReactJS, NodeJS and Spring. I have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, Docker, AWS and Google Cloud from coursework, projects and a summer internship at NTT Data.

Outside of academics I deliver personal projects showcased on my portfolio and GitHub, collaborate effectively in teams, and enjoy mentoring peers; I balance work with beach volleyball, SimRacing and competitive gaming.
