I’m a Technical Support Engineer providing hands-on technical support for solar inverter systems, with experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and performance analysis. I assist installers and customers with system setup, commissioning, and configuration, ensuring smooth monitoring and reliable operation.

I’m comfortable analyzing system logs, error codes, and monitoring data to identify faults and recommend effective solutions—often through remote assistance. I also handle technical inquiries via email, calls, and support channels, coordinating with engineering and product teams for complex concerns and escalations.

Alongside my support role, I’ve worked as an Instructor | IECEP UCU - SC Adviser, guiding students in troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and engineering problem-solving. With my academic and technical training in electronics and quality education, I bring clear technical communication, structured documentation, and a continuous-improvement mindset to every support and engineering challenge.
