My name is Dinarte. I'm 30 years old and my last position was Payments Operations - Backoffice Supervisor at AstroPay Company. I have a great history here that is worthwhile sharing.

I was fortunate to receive 3 promotions through the years. Starting as a Support Assistant in 2018, responding customers directly about their payments issues, reaching the Payment Operations Supervisor role in 2024.

My speciality is based on Global Payments, Bank Statements Analysis and Reconciliations and Processor´s Conversion Rate Monitoring, using Spreadsheets and its tools (Macro, Vba and proper formulas), avoiding customers and merchants to get in contact, identifying time gaps, creating reports and patternize data.

During my time there, I successfuly approved more than 100,000 transactions with over 99% accuracy, reduced SLA times (Days to hours), and prevented more than 50% of customer contacts by implementing automation and reporting solutions

In many situations, I had to work several hours with no financial compensation, creating new procedures to reconcile and give support for the team. I really love what I do. I don't mind working extra hours if it is necessary. If I'm concentrated and comfortable, I don't even feel the time passing by.
