I am seeking a senior TA role where I can lead full-cycle recruitment, build high-quality pipelines, coach teams, and partner with hiring managers to scale technical and non-technical hiring.

I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with extensive experience leading full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across Sri Lanka and ANZ markets.
