What I'm looking for

I seek roles that combine storage/IT technical support and computer instruction, offering collaborative teams, hands-on troubleshooting, client-facing responsibilities, and opportunities for skill growth.

I am a storage engineer and educator with hands-on experience supporting enterprise Dell EMC storage systems and teaching computer and English to primary students.

At Wipro I supported clients technically on a Dell EMC project and handled DH cases, while at Gyandeep Public Academy I taught computer subjects for classes 3–8 and English for classes 3–4. I hold a BCA and secured full marks in CPP, Microprocessor, and Oracle lab exams, and I have participated in NCC and NSS activities.

I communicate clearly, lead teams when needed, and learn quickly; I seek roles where I can apply technical support skills and classroom instruction in a collaborative environment that values growth.
