In my current role at SAS Creative, I perform both manual and automation testing for the ERP system, providing troubleshooting support to users. My experience includes developing, documenting, and maintaining test cases, executing test scripts, and monitoring software quality metrics. Previously, I led a team of QA professionals in analyzing and training AI-based office management systems, collaborating with key partners such as Toshiba and XTRACTA. My technical expertise includes automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, and JMeter, as well as conducting API testing using Postman and Insomnia.
