As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I independently managed QA projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery with minimal defects. I communicated directly with foreign clients, gathered requirements, and resolved issues effectively. My role involved extensive testing activities using Xray for Jira, focusing on Salesforce domain testing and improving product quality.

As an Associate QA Engineer, I performed various testing types including smoke, regression, UAT, and UI testing. I coordinated quality testing activities, tracked issues using Azure and JIRA, and communicated project updates with developers and the QA team.

In my role at Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, I performed test script writing using Selenium with TestNG and conducted manual testing. I gained knowledge about the insurance domain and managed user accounts for employees, ensuring quality assurance processes were followed.

During my internship at VizuaMatix, I communicated with project managers and QA teams for project updates. I participated in requirement gathering meetings, prepared test cases, and performed regression and UI testing to ensure product quality.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology, focusing on advanced topics in software testing and quality assurance.
