Built statistical models to analyze how demographics influence purchase intent and spending behavior in digital marketplaces. Designed cognitive framing studies and advised on research methodology, while leading bilingual content strategy to reduce cognitive load and improve emotional alignment.

Designed and delivered educational seminars and targeted workshops for military personnel on anger management, emotional self-regulation, and coping strategies. Conducted one-on-one counseling, supported family dynamics, and monitored unit mental health via questionnaires to enable crisis de-escalation and annual reporting.

Built and launched a cloud-based testing environment from scratch, onboarding nearly 300 participants with minimal drop-off. Connected Qualtrics and Pavlovia for multi-platform user journeys, automated data pipelines to deliver structured performance data, and produced clear visualizations to identify user decision roadblocks under stress.

Coordinated behavioral laboratory schedules and managed participant groups for perception and cognitive memory studies. Supported study execution to ensure timely, organized recruitment and participation.
