At World Courier (Cencora), I ran out-of-hours logistics operations from the global control tower, tracking time-critical cell and gene therapy shipments for individual patients. I coordinated shipments across Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa, resolving issues such as missed connections, customs holds and temperature risks.
I wrote work instructions, guides and templates to help new hires get up to speed with fewer mistakes. Outside logistics, I produced two award-winning independent features, including Los Batracios, and build small Python tools with AI for real work problems.
