I’m a Data Analyst with a background in information management in academic environments. I specialize in Power BI, data analysis, and process automation, combining clear reporting with a strong focus on user adoption through training and coaching.

In my recent role as a Reference Librarian (Universidad de la Salle), I implemented a Power BI visualization system for library service metrics, improving strategic decision-making. I designed and delivered training reaching over 500 users and created an “AI Tools for Information Retrieval” workshop to integrate emerging technologies into library services.

I also managed digital surveys for service evaluation, processing data and generating executive reports, and led data quality initiatives through normalization and data cleaning for bibliographic databases. Before that, as a Library Services Technician at Universidad de la Sabana, I supported users, ran sessions on bibliographic resources, maintained usage statistics for monthly reporting, and worked cross-functionally on information management projects—experience that shapes how I approach data as something people can act on.
