My training at Dorsey College has equipped me with extensive knowledge of electrical theory and practical skills in program logical controllers. I am detail-oriented and committed to ensuring safety and quality in all my work.

Currently, I work at Delta Airlines as a Ramp Agent, where I have honed my customer service skills while ensuring the safe and timely handling of baggage and cargo. My experience in operating ground equipment and performing airplane servicing duties has further developed my ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments. I take pride in my commitment to customer satisfaction and the safety of all operations.
