I'm currently supporting accounts payable operations at Genpact India Pvt Ltd in Kolkata, where I process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, invoices and receipts, and ensure accurate, compliant transactions.
I manage BOT postings, monitor automated transactions, upload electronic invoices, reconcile accounts payable discrepancies, and maintain vendor records. I also handle invoice helpdesk tickets, monitor payment status, and provide documentation for audits.
I'm focused on transforming raw data into meaningful insights and bringing a positive, efficient approach to a dynamic workplace. My SAP and SAP S/4HANA training supports my work across invoice processing, month-end accruals, and reporting.
