At Genpact, I manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations using SAP and QPA, reviewing invoice postings, tax applicability, payment accuracy, reconciliations, and payment exceptions while meeting SLA, quality, and compliance targets. I also support AP dashboards, month-end close, automation initiatives, and standardized process transitions through SOPs, DTPs, knowledge transfer, and Lean Six Sigma.

Previously at Accenture, I managed high-volume PO and Non-PO invoice processing for Indian Accounting and APAC entities, used IQBOT integrated with SAP for invoice automation, and handled TDS compliance, reconciliations, vendor escalations, and payment verification. I've received a High Performer Award at Genpact and seven awards at Accenture, including Star Performer, High Performer, and Star Employee.
