As a results-oriented and assertive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, I have a strong background in Logistics and Administrative Process Management, Customer Services, Records Management, Human Resources, and Digital Marketing, with experience in planning, updating, and processing orders in the Petrochemicals business unit for Customer Service area.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies, and review and train beginner staff. My proficiency in SAP and Plato Citrix has enabled me to efficiently manage orders and track results.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also undergone extensive training in Human Talent Management, Integral Logistics Management, Customer Service and Communication, Advanced Excel, and Management of Microsoft Office tools, among others.
