I’m an economics graduate with a structured, data-driven mindset, combining business analytics with organizational behavior. I’m especially motivated by how financial insights and people strategies drive measurable business performance.

In my financial consulting role, I delivered support to individual clients across insurance, investment, and savings plans. I performed detailed client needs analysis, matched financial goals to appropriate products, and conducted risk assessments while clearly explaining options to ensure transparency and trust.

I also strengthened my analytics and reporting practice by preparing monthly portfolio reports using Excel and Google Sheets. Alongside this, I improved internal workflows by standardizing client advisory checklists and reporting formats.

After strong performance, I moved from Financial Trainee to Team Leader and Trainer, coordinating a team of 5 junior consultants. I organized weekly meetings, set performance targets, created training materials, mentored colleagues on communication and negotiation, and supported strategic planning and team development.
