At Geo Project Industries, I focus R&D and product strategy on standardizing and modularizing machine platforms to reduce time-to-market. I also coordinate external design firms and use iLogic and PLM to make design and production workflows more autonomous and scalable.
At TMG Impianti, I managed technical work on custom projects from customer specifications through production release and coordinated and trained two junior technical staff. Redesigning and standardizing the Divider cut its production cost by 30%, while redesigning base models made packaging-machine production independent of the technical office.
At Cutting Trading International, I transformed the technical-production department by building and training an integrated team from junior profiles. Process industrialization reduced construction time per plant from 250 hours to 140 hours and increased annual capacity from 24 to 70 plants with the same workforce.
I also developed a structured order-preparation method that eliminated picking errors and reduced delays, combining automated retrieval from a ModulA vertical warehouse with MRP and production orders. Earlier, at Vobis, I repaired and configured computer systems and provided independent customer technical support.
