At ICICI Prudential AMC, I built and productionized i-Assist, a multimodal voice AI agent embedded in the i-Invest Android and iOS apps. It helps investors with portfolio insights, mutual-fund queries, comparisons, metrics, and FAQs.
I also built Smart Search across ICICI Prudential’s website content, combining semantic retrieval with BM25 to achieve 95%+ search accuracy and relevance. For customer support, I developed AI-agent and RAG workflows that automated email and ticket processes with 85%+ accuracy and automation.
In my current role, I lead a team of three engineers and take AI and intelligent automation initiatives from architecture and POC through production deployment. I’ve also developed 30+ MCP tools and AI-agent integrations, and built call analysis processing approximately 8,000 calls per day.
