At Bigscal Technologies, I own end-to-end features for a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform used by 2,500+ SME healthcare businesses. I also lead a team of six developers, working with product and commercial stakeholders to turn customer pain points into shipped features.
I integrated BotPhonic AI voice calling to qualify inbound leads and book appointments without a human agent. Across the platform, I’ve also built configurable healthcare workflows and connected lead sources including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram ads, and JustDial.
