I build REST APIs and KafkaJS workflows for appointments, onboarding, status synchronization, billing, refunds, copay, and wallet deductions. I've integrated hospital systems including Manipal, Cloudnine, Rainbow, and Medicover, plus insurer platforms for Star Health, ICICI Lombard, and Niva Bupa.
I improve production systems through SQL analysis, Elasticsearch search design, AWS CloudWatch debugging, API optimization, and failure-aware processing. I also lead a pod of 4-5 engineers through architecture, delivery, code reviews, mentoring, incidents, and production ownership.
Alongside my platform work, I built a multi-tenant clinic management product covering patients, appointments, EMR, billing, staff, queue management, RBAC, tenant isolation, and audit-friendly workflows.
