At Clark Marketing Communications, I built a client-facing reporting assistant inside the AMS platform as the sole developer, reducing report lookups from minutes to seconds.
I designed LangChain and LangGraph workflows, added RAG across several hundred reporting documents, and built MCP servers for controlled access to internal tools and data. I deployed the assistant using Vertex AI Agent Builder, Cloud Run, Docker, and Python, with guardrails and output validation to keep answers grounded in source reports.
Previously, I analyzed customer service data for the Society of Actuaries using Python, pandas, NumPy, and SQL, translating patterns into personas, KPI recommendations, and leadership-ready insights.
