At Strategy, I led platform, API, and product teams and helped scale engineering across the US, Poland, and China. I co-led the launch of the Warsaw engineering office, where we hired 25 engineers and 2 managers in 12 months.
I drove the second-generation embedding SDK, replacing iframe rendering with direct DOM rendering and cutting a 30-visualization dashboard’s load time from 26.9 seconds to 1.35. I also rebuilt Excel and PowerPoint add-ins used by more than 300,000 people.
For a $10M enterprise partner integration, I architected authentication, user management, and object security, and personally built the authentication layer. I also founded and led a Developer Relations team that overhauled documentation and shipped a low-code SDK playground.
Most recently, I led an 8-person team from concept through launch of a public iOS and Android investor app, and migrated Strategy.com to AWS. Earlier, at Data Meaning, I built BI and custom software for Fortune 500 clients, including a geospatial mobile app that cut a workflow from 48 hours to seconds.
