I'm looking for a challenging construction environment with equal opportunities to strengthen my experience, knowledge, and personality while contributing my learning to the company's mission and vision.

I've managed road upgrading and construction projects for Nawa Kantipur Construction Company, Baniya Nirman Sewa, GoldenGood-Baniya J/V, and Lama-Dafe-Golden Good J/V across Nepal.

My work covers construction surveys, road layouts, quantity calculations, cost estimates, IPCs, variations, progress reporting, and as-built documentation. I've supervised quality and construction of pavement, retaining walls, drains, culverts, causeways, bridges, RCC works, gabion walls, and asphalt or premix road works.

I lead junior staff, coordinate site implementation, attend progress meetings, and deliver work in line with consultant and client requirements.
