Suraj Bohara

I am a highly self-motivated, focused and innovative Civil Engineer with vast experience in engineering design from the initial conceptual stage and feasibility study through to the detailed final design. I enjoy problem-solving using established analytical methods and engineering principles, and I’m passionate about learning and building new and existing skills.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed and monitored each stage of projects—creating 2D and 3D drawings and designs using AutoCAD, supporting multi-disciplined teams, and presenting designs to clients and project stakeholders. I regularly perform site visits, inspections, audits, and surveys, while also overseeing construction progress against the schedule and maintaining safety on-site through promoting a safety culture.

I also bring a strong planning and control mindset: establishing project briefs and budget proposals, assessing project risks, and checking work quality and resources. I’ve handled bill preparation for both clients and sub-contractors, produced monthly/weekly reports, and coordinated with government bodies, local authorities, and consultants to keep execution aligned with requirements.

Earlier, I developed complementary operational strengths through work as a Chief Administrative Officer and Computer Technician—planning and implementing strategy, onboarding and evaluating staff, and supporting technical infrastructure (including installing software, maintaining equipment, and setting up LAN/WAN). Overall, I’m keen to secure a challenging role in an engineering firm that offers early responsibilities and a progressive career path.
