I've spent 15+ years managing enterprise storage and SAN environments for banking, insurance, finance, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing clients.
At Kyndryl India, I manage IBM FlashSystem, XIV, SVC clusters, Cisco SAN switches, and Pure Storage. I deliver provisioning, capacity planning, performance tuning, firmware upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
I implement Metro Mirror, Global Mirror, and FlashCopy solutions to support disaster recovery and business continuity, while managing incidents, changes, and problems through ITIL processes.
Previously at IBM India and HCL Technologies, I supported IBM SVC, V7000, DS8300, XIV, NetApp, and Cisco SAN infrastructure. I work closely with infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve critical production issues and improve storage health across multi-vendor environments.
