At Shivam Trading Co., I handled business operations from purchasing through customer service and closing sales. I worked with both B2B and B2C customers and helped keep deliveries running smoothly.

I maintained customer relationships by providing festival gifts and supporting day-to-day operations at my father's business.

During my internship at GMM Pfaudler, I learned about quality control, inspection procedures, product accuracy, and industrial safety. I also gained basic knowledge of equipment design and technical drawings, and assisted with documentation and reporting.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Charusat University after completing a BBA. My studies and projects have included market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, and participating as Marketing Head in IIIM's flagship business event, 'Prabandhan'.
