At Random Software LTD, I own the business analysis lifecycle for a B2B SaaS automotive CRM, from requirement discovery and scoping through stakeholder approval and development handover.
I work with a US-based client to present solutions, negotiate scope and coordinate delivery across Product, UI/UX, Engineering and QA. I translate business needs into process flows, business rules, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
I delivered requirements for configurable Kanban workflows, the LumaScanner–CRM integration and AI-assisted interactions. I also facilitate design reviews and backlog refinement, and conduct functional testing against requirements and acceptance criteria.
Previously, at PeoplesHR | hSenid Business Solutions, I analysed requirements for B2B HR SaaS product enhancements and supported adoption with training and product documentation. As an Intern - Customer Audit & Compliance Auditing, I developed Power BI dashboards to analyse customer and operational data and present improvement opportunities; I also managed 90+ B2B SaaS clients as a Customer Success Executive.
