What I'm looking for

I'm seeking business analysis opportunities where I can apply design thinking, encourage collaboration, and explore solution capabilities in dynamic, complex project environments.

I've delivered business analysis for IGT1 Lanka's BillTrust fintech solutions, bridging customer needs and technical implementation for collections, invoicing, and payments.

Previously at Epic Lanka, I drove Recoveries and Collections solution requirements, created mockups and technical artifacts, led UAT, and supported solution demonstrations for the Malaysian market. I've also prepared RFP responses, user manuals, and end-user training.

Across Informatics International, eMerge Solutions, and OpenArc, I've supported insurance, inventory management, and driving-school solutions through requirements elicitation, QA, release management, testing, deployments, and stakeholder collaboration.
