I manage iGovTT's national portfolio of 91 Access Centre projects, with more than 60 centres completed since 2020. I coordinate ministries, vendors, contractors, and implementation teams to keep ICT solutions aligned with Line Ministry priorities and National ICT Strategy initiatives.
I've also managed concurrent HRIS software rollouts at HRplus Software and supported Bluehouse's portfolio of 14+ client accounts across migrations, new installations, and application management. My work includes building trackers, leading status meetings, managing schedules and budgets, and resolving risks before they affect delivery.
I'm a Certified Scrum Master and CAPM-certified project manager who brings structure to delivery through clear reporting, stakeholder communication, risk and change management, and full-lifecycle project controls.
