What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and research user-centered digital products, especially in healthcare, AI, and regulated environments where clear workflows, accessibility, trust, and conversion outcomes matter.

I've redesigned onboarding and conversion experiences for RippleHealth and Honey & Sir, turning dense healthcare AI compliance content into guided task flows and clarifying mobile service journeys within seconds. My RippleHealth work contributed to an estimated 20–30% reduction in early drop-off rates.
