I designed CareAI, a conversational healthcare app that guides users from symptom input through triage, provider search, and appointment booking across 10 high-fidelity screens.

I use qualitative research, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable Figma design systems to make complex information clear, accessible, and easy to navigate. My work includes redesigning Netflix GroupWatch to reduce friction in collaborative viewing and improving the Lyndhurst Public Library website’s navigation and information discovery.

My childcare background strengthened my empathy, observation, communication, and ability to adapt to individual needs in real time.
