I am a fraud investigator with over three years' experience handling account takeover, identity theft, synthetic identity, and scam-related fraud across multiple payment channels. I use transactional pattern analysis, anomaly detection, and regulatory case documentation to secure accounts and reduce financial loss.

I collaborate closely with compliance, risk operations, data, and cybersecurity teams to translate investigative insights into improved detection, processes, and training. I also mentor peers and design training resources to raise case accuracy and QA standards.

Currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Management with a project management concentration, I have growing expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency risk exposure and hold certifications in fraud detection, Microsoft 365, and data-driven decision making.
