I've also used independent research and SQL-based exploration to surface patterns, identify SEO and younger-segment acquisition opportunities, and introduce AI-assisted analysis workflows.
As Founder & Operator of Crestfit, I tested a service model across 20+ residential communities and used demand, acquisition constraints, and unit economics to determine market viability. I redesigned fragmented WhatsApp onboarding into a structured form-led flow with automated follow-up, and chose to discontinue the business when the model could not scale sustainably.
For SalonBookr, I interviewed 10 salon owners and shifted the product hypothesis from booking software toward reducing no-shows through reminders, delay communication, and optional prepayment. I built and iterated the prototype in Figma with AI-assisted development, defining user flows, requirements, database structure, and analytics.
