At tiket.com, I tested payment flows for the launch of 16 currencies, including card, bank transfer and e-wallet payments. I also ran API, regression and UAT testing and used SQL to check test data.

At Geekchain Labs, I reconciled student activity from four systems into a weekly reporting dataset and analyzed cohort completion and exit-survey responses. My recommendations were piloted in two cohorts, where Week 4 engagement rose from 59.6 to 69.8. I enjoy working with messy data when the findings can change what a team does next.
